Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented CRM System Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce.com platform. This role will support global sales and related functions ensuring data integrity, user support, and system enhancements that drive productivity and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Monitor data accuracy and perform regular data cleansing
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and executive teams

System Optimization & Support

  • Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with IT and cross‑functional teams to implement enhancements
  • Provide training and documentation for users across departments
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant upgrades
  • Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain CRM‑related dashboards and reports using BI tools
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver actionable insights
  • Support data governance and ensure data quality across CRM systems
  • Support forecasting and demand planning processes (STP, AOP cycles)
  • Assist in onboarding new sales team members and aligning CRM workflows
  • Coordinate sales incentive tracking and compensation data
  • Leverage AI and Co‑Pilot tools to automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and IT
  • Participate in strategic initiatives including dashboard development and partner enablement
  • Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Salesforce administration
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 7–9 years of experience in a similar role
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive or general illumination industries is a plus
