Job descriptionAccountable to ensure that customer’s IB is in the right contract, right location and under right coverage. Ensure customer Install Based is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levels. Lead the implementation of Asset Management services. Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources. Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities. Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally. Interpret large raw data sets; conduct data analysis and audits – high level of excelmastery isrequired. Develop and lead execution of action plan to update Client databases with improved IB data – ability to work with Client tools and databases. Lead client calls, participate in quarterly business reviews, and conduct (potential) on- site visits - excellent communication skills. bold, assertive and possess a sense of ownership of the accounts / customers. Produce reports for Customers, Account Teams, and other stakeholders – ability to generate reports using excel, power BI (desired) and other dashboards. Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment Strong understanding of Cisco's business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategies. Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis. Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach. Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4 years of customer engagement experienceincluding 2 years of experience in IB Management or Data Management or similar ITIL Foundation, and HAM / SAM are good to have A good level of English; advanced Language support depending on the country supported Educational Qualification : Educated to university degree level. Experience : Min 3 to 4 years of customer-facing experience working within a contact centre, operations, Renewals and deal management activities Experience in IT Companies is a plus Educated to University degree level Minimum 3 of experience as a Renewal Analyst, Deal Manager, Quote to Cash, Pricing Ops, Recurring Revenue experience or any other industry in related roles. The Role
Location : Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia.
Total Salary : RM 8,500 (KPI Inclusive)
Language : Japanese
Work Hour : Mon- Fri(8am – 5pm or 9am -6pm)
Education : Bachelor Degree
Joining Date : ASAP
Min Requirement : Must have at least 2 year of related field experience, Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis, Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Asset Management services for multiple Cisco customers.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal Cisco stakeholders.
- Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers' Cisco IB data.
- Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience.
