Job Summary :

• Sustain all lithography processes and activities in manufacturing and under development; run as required and review the weekly process Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart and complete corrective action as defined.
• Assist in developing and sustaining photolithography module processes; select and create process recipes for development, process improvement, or troubleshooting.
• Support the photolithography engineering area lead with hands‑on processing of photolithography processes, troubleshooting, development activities, tool acceptance, and material selection evaluations. Publish results from DOE experiments and project activities.
• Perform reticle job view for every new technology / process (if required).
• Work closely with operation team members, production and maintenance, to achieve production goals.
• Maintain flexibility in workload and hours in response to the dynamic work environment of a growing start‑up company.
• Complete regular status updates and reports of area activities and performance metrics.
