Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Proven expertise in group reporting and consolidation. Must have external audit experience. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in financial systems and tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Competitive annual salary ranging from MYR 120,000 to MYR 144,000. Work with a large organization known for its industry leadership. Challenging and rewarding role in a strategic location in Petaling Jaya. Job Description
- Lead and manage the group financial reporting, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders and management.
- Prepare the consolidation of financial statements for the group.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth.
- Manage and guide a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
