Senior Executive / Manager, Corporate Finance

Key Responsibilities

Prepares monthly management reports for management review.

Business Performance and Management

Perform credit review and decision in accordance with the DA assigned at this level.

Review appeals on status related to the application and resolved them effectively.

Ensure that the process is efficiently managed and that all applications are processed on a timely basis.

Involved in system enhancement projects as and when required.

Work with other business units (sales, portfolio, outsourcing) to ensure the smooth transition of operations across units.

Any other credit processing related duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

People Management

Manage a team of processing officers in ensuring that all applications are reviewed and processed promptly and accurately.

Regulatory Compliance

Review the approval process and ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory guidelines.

Review the policies on a regular basis and make changes as and when required so as to ensure that it is relevant to the current market conditions.

Any other responsibilities / tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) for approval status :

Ploans : 90% within 1 day.

Credit Cards / Cashlite : 90% within 3 days.

Ensure portfolio risk / reward profile is within company risk appetite. Manage acquisition quality, portfolio quality and low side overrides.

Job Specifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

At least 3 years of working in a banking environment with supervisory experience.

Experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan processing a must.

Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
