Job descriptionExperience : A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a maintenance role is required. Advanced Education / Certifications : Trade certifications in areas like HVAC, electrical, and / or plumbing. Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- System Maintenance : Performing routine maintenance & repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, & HVAC systems.
- Inspections : Conducting regular inspections of building systems & equipment to identify potential issues, hazards, & maintenance needs.
- Repairs : Diagnosing & fixing various mechanical, electrical, & structural issues to ensure optimal system functioning.
- Preventive Maintenance : Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns & ensure smooth operation.
