We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Credit Control reporting to the Regional Credit Controller. This full‑time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Finance Operation and its growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of receivables across multiple jurisdictions and business units.
• Develop and implement credit policies, risk assessment frameworks, and collection strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debts.
• Manage and mentor a team of credit control professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews to ensure operational excellence.
• Engage with key internal stakeholders and high‑value external clients to resolve complex billing disputes and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, system enhancements, and process reengineering.
