We are looking for Retail Sales Executive 中文销售专员 to join our team and drive sales for our home office furniture product. In this role, you will be responsible for both in-store and external sales, including attending exhibitions to promote our products and connect with potential clients.

What You’ll Do :

Chat with customers and match them to the perfect home office setup
Learn all about our latest furniture drops – be the expert
Close deals both in-store and at exhibitions
Follow up, quote, negotiate, and win
Smash your monthly sales goals

Requirements :

Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with prior sales experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Required language : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

A passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Must work onsite in store (10am-7pm).
