ZipZIpe is a full-service digital partner supporting agencies and in-house marketing teams worldwide. We specialise in powering businesses behind the scenes with domain registration, web hosting, business email, SSLs, website development, SEO marketing, and white-label solutions.

The Role

As a Graphic Designer at ZipZipe, you will play a crucial role in developing stunning visuals for our clients’ brands, websites, and digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with our marketing, web development, and creative teams to bring brands to life through compelling design.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and design high-quality graphics for websites, digital marketing campaigns, and branding projects.
  • Develop and maintain brand identities for clients across various industries.
  • Design engaging social media content, email templates, landing pages, and ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers to enhance website aesthetics and user experience.
  • Work on print materials such as brochures, business cards, and promotional assets.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design.
  • Experience with website and UI / UX design principles.
  • Proficiency in web design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to balance creativity with marketing objectives.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Multi-language skills, such as Chinese, are a bonus.

  • A natural flair for creative and informative writing.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • The ability to prioritise work and complete tasks to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to be a team player who can also work autonomously.
  • Fluent in English , with conversational ability in Mandarin or Cantonese , highly preferred.
  • This position is open to Malaysian citizens and candidates with full working rights in Malaysia.
  • No remote work is available; only genuine candidates who are committed to career growth.
  • Bilingual is welcome but not required.
