About the Department

UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB‑wholly owned subsidiary based in Malaysia, a Centre of Excellence providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Founded in 2021, it offers technology application design, development, support and expanding into other business services.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for day‑to‑day running of the iH2 ID Admin operations & raise any potential concerns to Reporting Manager before they become issues.
• Manage major platforms : Windows, Unix, Mainframe & AS400, Database – including business application, security administration and security administration.
• Subscribe owners with correct role and enablement based on role – IT admin will enable on manual activation.
• Access restricted to Prod, UAT, MockRun and RDR environments.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure Access Matrices & Limit Memos are up‑to‑date.
• Oversee overall productivity and performance of the team in providing quality services to users.
• Coach, supervise, appraise and monitor the performance of the team.
• Plan capacity and address training needs as appropriate.
• Manage KPIs, periodic risk and control assessments, and corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date BCP requirements.
• Work with the Reporting Manager to keep SOP & administrative procedures / guidelines up‑to‑date.
• Take on projects / assignments as and when required.
