Within the IT Supply Chain Customer Operations team of FrieslandCampina we are looking for an IT Business Analyst. The team is responsible for all IT solutions within the Sales and Distribution domain (including export), like SAP ECC, SAP GTS, VMI, Stratech, Ortec and E‑invoicing. Currently we are in transformation from ECC to S / 4 which will become our new ERP landscape.

Main objectives of the job

• Manage our incoming Change Requests as CR Coordinator
• Manage Incident escalations from our Business
• Design, improve & optimize E2E SD business processes and technology solutions. Balances fit for purpose solutions, process automation and template adherence
• Manage and realize business process excellence via IT supported process solutions.
• Support to embed change, continuous improvement and innovation into business operations.
