Job descriptionSupervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth progress of interior renovation and fit-out works. Monitor project schedule, site progress, and workmanship to ensure completion within the specified timeline and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to resolve any site issues or discrepancies. Ensure that all works comply with design drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reports for management review. Attend site meetings and liaise closely with clients, consultants, and contractors on project updates and requirements. Verify materials delivery, monitor site inventory, and ensure proper documentation of site activities. Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and overall project coordination. Perform other related duties as assigned to support project completion.
