Tax Consulting - Centralized Tax Delivery (CTax) Team, Manager / Senior Manager

Modern tax regulations are highly complex and dynamic. This role leads the CTax team, helping clients meet the increasing and evolving demand for tax compliance and reporting services within organisations. We are seeking a dedicated manager / senior manager to lead our CTax team as the tax landscape evolves.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the CTax team to support tax compliance functions and contribute to the efficient delivery of engagements in corporate income tax and indirect tax for organisations in various industries.
• Contribute to the technical development of the CTax team to translate into high-quality client deliverables within an efficient framework.
• Coordinate with a diverse global team to provide clients visibility and control of domestic compliance and reporting requirements for selected industry sectors.
• Ensure that work delivered to the client is of high quality; anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Create a positive learning culture, coaching junior team members to develop professionally and personally as influential team members.
• Participate in engagements, assist in managing engagement economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders.
• Participate in CTax development initiatives and build strong internal relationships within the business tax compliance team and across other services.
• Support the expansion strategy by actively joining the dynamic CTax team.
