About The Role

We are in search of a motivated, people-oriented Account Manager who thrives on creating meaningful connections, achieving sales goals, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-moving PropTech environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for building lasting relationships with real estate agents and agency leaders through new sign-ups and business growth through PropertyGuru's industry-leading online marketing solutions.

As a Guru You Will Be Accountable For

• Build and maintain strong connections with individual real estate agents and key influencers within agencies to sell online marketing solutions.
• Foster relationships with Agency Leaders and Division Directors to uncover new business opportunities and drive growth.
• Conduct engaging presentations and product training sessions to educate and inform clients.
• Participate in business events and client engagement activities to strengthen relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
• Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up, increasing client retention rates.
• Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.
