With offices in Hamburg and Berlin, we're growing and looking for a passionate colleague like yourself to join our engineering team long-term. In your role as Deployment Engineer, you will be part of our client deployment team, responsible for guaranteeing smooth delivery of our solutions and supporting our clients. You will work closely with pre-sales engineering and product development teams to align on client needs and product requirements.

The role is located in Malaysia.

Tasks

What you’ll do :

• Work in the Client Deployment Team, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions including high- / low-level design, final technical deployment, and integration of solutions.
• Plan, prepare, and set up lab, test, and production environments for client and partnership deployments.
• Install and configure cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes.
• Automate deployment processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain, monitor, administer, and update current deployments to ensure stability.
• Assist with incident management, second-level support, error analysis, and classification.
• Coordinate customer requests and disseminate client information.
• Identify operational efficiencies in deployment and support procedures.
