About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team at Mercu Reka Sdn. Bhd. in Ipoh, Perak. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations on our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a full-time position based on site.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress updates, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager in resolving technical and operational issues at site.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage.
• Enforce workplace safety rules and practices, reporting any hazards or incidents.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities when required.
