Analyst / Senior Analyst - Equity Derivatives Confirmations (Post Trade Services)

Role Summary

• Responsible for providing support to the Equities Derivatives Confirmations process for APAC region in performing confirmations queue’s such as Affimation / Chasing / Indexing / Matching.
• Ensuring USI / UTI trades are to be exchanged, chased (if required) with external counterparties, escalated and updated to internal system in atimely and accurate manner for the Equity Derivatives product.
• Need to ensure risk is mitigated for affirmation and matching of confirmations with timely and accurate processing and by strict adherence to escalation timelines.
• Ensuring regulatory requirement, Group standards and SOX compliance are adhered to at all times and Best Practice Guidelines are followed.

Expectations regarding hybrid working : As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
