Senior SCM specialist

Are you passionate about logistics, inventory accuracy, and optimizing supply chains? We are looking for a Senior SCM Specialist to manage inbound and outbound logistics, inventory, and regulatory compliance at our Penang plant.

Your responsibilities

• Manage local / international shipments, ensuring compliance with LMW and customs regulations
• Coordinate inbound materials and tools with freight forwarders and customs
• Handle export logistics, container booking, and documentation (ZB2, ZB4, CJ5, CJ5A)
• Monitor and report inbound freight costs to Finance monthly
• Ensure accurate inventory control across SAP / ERP and LMW records
• Support labeling / packaging and enforce schedule accuracy
• Submit timely LMW reports and assist in audit preparation
• Track logistics KPIs and implement improvements
