We are seeking dynamic & innovative individuals who have the drive to make a difference & are fueled to succeed!

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and develop Process & Process Design Engineers to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
• Lead plant performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Drive feasibility studies, process design, and project development for plant improvements and hazard elimination.
• Champion key refinery result areas such as energy efficiency, oil loss reduction, structural improvements, and technology planning.
• Coordinate capital budgeting, project appropriation, and reappraisal processes.
• Ensure safe, practical, and cost-effective engineering design, while assessing risks, design gaps, and safety-critical elements.
• Support business planning activities including 5-Year Planning and Refinery Strategic Initiatives.
• Provide leadership during turnarounds, startups, shutdowns, and catalyst regeneration.
• Mentor and coach engineers, including performance appraisals and career development planning.
• Represent the section in technical committees and ensure alignment with refinery safety and management policies.
