As a Digital Nurturing Executive based at INTI International University & College (Subang Campus), you’ll engage prospective students through personalized, data‑driven communication—guiding them toward informed education choices and enhancing the overall student experience.

What you’ll be doing :

• Engage & influence prospects using selling skills & INTI Program Counselling Methodologies to build complete higher education discovery solutions while maintaining a balance of high velocity and high sales service that inspires.
• Drive new international student enrollments to organization.
• Achieve given sales target within cycle.
• Perform outbound touch points to drive Enrollments to INTI campuses via digital communication technology.
• Handle inbound enquiries from online, social media, email and live chat sources.
• Provide face‑to‑face counselling to online lead prospects.
• Assist with student’s eligibility checking, visa application, airport pick‑up and medical check‑up arrangements.
• Maintain and update prospect information in the state‑of‑the‑art Customer Relations Management system.
• Use all relevant sales tools to achieve the above to drive growth and exceed department goals.
