Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving customer withdrawal and deposit claims submitted through touchpoints and various channels
• Accessing application systems, both web‑based and host screens for transaction processing
• Exercising vigilance when performing transactions and reporting any unusual or suspicious transactions immediately to supervisor
• Ensuring all incoming instructions are processed within defined SLA and accurately
• Performing end‑of‑day reconciliation for all transactions processed by team
• Handling communications to and from internal departments
