Mintel is seeking a motivated professional to fill the position of Administration Assistant. The role will sit within the GNPD Coverage Team which is responsible for the strategic management of our field associate network in 86 countries worldwide, tracking market activity and trends in each of those countries to ensure we capture the right products to build the Global New Products Database.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing administrative support to research teams, ensuring smooth operations and successful project execution.
- Check, verify and process field associate invoices
- Communicate with field associates when additional data, information or products are needed
- Maintain, Organise or Update Team Internal Website / Database Information
- Assisting in ad-hoc team / research projects
- Assisting in Trade Show process and logistics.
