Job description

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily merchandising and promotional display maintenance in Watsons
Recruit, manage, and supervise promoters to ensure sales and service standards.
Execute promotional activities and campaigns assigned by HQ.
Follow up on store orders to ensure smooth sales flow.
Develop and expand market opportunities in the Johor and Melaka regions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or FMCG / beauty industry.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing budgets.

Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

Proactive, result‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Willing to travel within Johor and Melaka.
