The Opportunity

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee expense process for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage corporate card programs and serve as the Concur system administrator.
  • Deliver employee training on expense management policies and tools.
  • Implement expense management strategies across multiple regions.
  • Drive continuous process improvements while ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Act as the central liaison between finance operations, employees, and external service providers.

What You’ll Need To Succeed In

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conceptualize problems and generate innovative solutions.
  • One year experience using Concur / SAP experience is a valuable asset.
  • Concur administration skills, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Proven experience in expense management and manual posting processes.
  • Strong ability to partner with business units to ensure governance and drive adoption of policies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with international vendor management, stakeholders, and employees.
  • Experience in implementing process changes across a global organization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
