Site safety supervisor

Jinggong Industrial Building (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd – Kemasik, Terengganu

Develop, implement, and monitor Safety and Health (OSH) policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with CIDB and DOSH regulations.

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox meetings to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Ensure all workers, including subcontractors, comply with PPE requirements and site safety standards.

Investigate and document all incidents, accidents, and near misses , providing corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate and conduct safety training and awareness sessions for site personnel.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities (e.g., DOSH, CIDB) on safety-related matters.

Prepare and maintain accurate safety reports, records, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Support the Project Manager in developing emergency response plans and ensuring the site’s readiness for audits.
