Document Controller (Pulau Pinang)

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documents and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect, organize, and distribute project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for construction supervision activities.
• Monitor the documentation process to ensure compliance with regulatory and project requirements.
• Update document control procedures and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the project team by providing timely and accurate documentation.
• Ensure the proper archiving of project documents for future reference and audits.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent documentation practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Resident Engineer.
