Job Overview

The Senior Executive in the Ranking and Analytics Department plays a key role in managing and coordinating efforts to enhance the institution’s position in global and national rankings. This position requires expertise in data analysis, strategic planning, and a comprehensive understanding of ranking methodologies. The Senior Executive will work closely with various departments to collect, verify, analyze, and report data, ensuring accurate and timely submissions for rankings and accreditations.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Analysis :

Coordinate data collection from internal departments, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Oversee the entire submission process for national (e.g., SETARA, MyRA) and international rankings (e.g., QS, THE Impact Rankings, THE World University Rankings).

Work with senior leadership to develop strategies aimed at improving the institution’s ranking and reputation.

Liaise with departments and academic faculties to communicate data requirements and collect relevant information.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data used in rankings submissions.

Conduct benchmarking analysis to compare the institution’s performance with peer institutions.

Skills and Experiences

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, Education Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.

Experience : At least 2 years in a similar role, with proven experience in handling national and international ranking submissions, preferably in an academic or research institution.
