Manager, Vendor Workshop Management (GEGM Claims Management - Motor)

The Manager – Vendor Management is responsible for overseeing the selection, onboarding, performance, and relationship management of vendors such as repairers, windscreen specialists, and adjusters. This role ensures that vendors deliver quality services / products in alignment with contractual obligations, company standards, and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and onboard vendors that meet quality, cost, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance using KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance and service quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and terminations.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor operations.
• Support internal stakeholders in resolving vendor-related issues.
• Drive initiatives to optimize vendor processes and reduce costs.
• Stay updated on market trends and innovations in vendor management.
