Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype system development, and assist the client in testing.
- Help the client convert legacy data into Workday.
- Support Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations.
- Apply Workday’s medium‑enterprise implementation methodology on all engagements.
- Mentor new consultants.
- Ensure the client is reference‑able once in production.
- Participate in update training and other events to share implementation best practices and product knowledge with other consultants.

Requirements
Minimum 6 years of consulting experience or support of HRIS systems, preferably with hands‑on experience deploying Cloud HCM solutions.Domain knowledge and understanding of HR function, HR processes, technology and leading practices.Preference for individuals with experience managing Workday HCM applications or a functional certification in Workday Core HR and related modules (Advance Compensation, Recruitment, Learning, Talent, Performance).Strong understanding of Cloud HCM / Workday implementation approach, phases, activities and deliverables.Experience leading process design / blueprint workshops, compiling functional design documents, and performing system configuration.Hands‑on experience configuring one or more modules of Workday.Good understanding of HRIS data model, security configuration and reporting.Strong understanding of the relationship between core HCM and other HR modules.Ability to manage communications with key stakeholders and guide a client through decision‑making.Due to the volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
