Experienced Associate - QA Automation Tester (Guidewire) – PwC Acceleration Center Kuala Lumpur

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Overview

Those in Guidewire testing specialise in testing and quality assurance activities related to Guidewire applications, which provide insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing.

Responsibilities

Analyse client needs and implement software solutions.
Collaborate with QA Engineers to understand project requirements and deliver test automation solutions.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Execute automated test scripts and analyse results to identify defects and performance issues.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and prioritisation activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation testing processes and methodologies.
Document test cases, test results, and other relevant information.
Work collaboratively with developers and other cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
Adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope.
Take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for clients and success as a team.

Experience with frameworks such as Page Object Model, TestNG, BDD.

Good knowledge of Agile processes.

Ability to collaborate with QA analysts and developers to develop solutions.

Ability to analyse, design and build automated test cases based on system requirements and design specifications.

Education & Certifications

Degree : Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Information Technology (or related field).
