Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support and systems administration. Strong knowledge of PC and printer setup and support. Experience with conference system setup and maintenance. Familiarity with AD accounts, email systems, shared resources, and VPN. Experience with cloud email and SMS services. Excellent troubleshooting and support skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of PCs, peripherals, printers, and software.
- Setup and support PCs and printers for the offices and branches.
- Setup and maintain the conference system, webcams, and projectors for the offices.
- Setup and support AD accounts, emails, shared resources, and VPN.
- Administer and support cloud email blasting and SMS services.
