FIRSTWORK CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Sungai Pelek, Selangor. As a full‑time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout our construction projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects
• Conducting inspections and testing to identify and resolve quality issues
• Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address quality concerns
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of quality control processes and findings
• Providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and the company’s quality policies
• Mentoring and training junior quality assurance and quality control personnel
