About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and strategic partnerships supporting scientific research and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong business background, excellent strategic and analytical skills, and a proven track record of building high-value partnerships. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can turn scientific innovations into scalable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to business development strategies and execute business development, sales, and go-to-market strategy to achieve company goals and revenue objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze industry trends.
- Support management to maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Recruit and enable channel and solution partners, plan joint activities, and ensure their success in selling the company's products.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Work with internal teams like scientific and research and operations to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators, activities, and progress towards goals to senior management.
- Mentor, train, and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support for their career development.
Skills and Qualification
