Overview
MarComm (Prepaid & Youth) Specialist at CelcomDigi. You will shape and execute integrated marketing communications for prepaid and youth segments, working with the Unit Head to drive 360° campaigns that strengthen brand presence and support business objectives. Collaborate across Media, Digital, Sales, Partnerships, and other teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with target audiences and position CelcomDigi as a market leader in prepaid and youth segments.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Unit Head, Marcomm (Prepaid & Youth) to drive the core business for prepaid and youth segments.
- Develop and execute 360-degree integrated marketing plans with stakeholders across Media, Social, Digital, Brand Research, CGTM, Sales, Partnerships, and Business Owners.
- Strategize messaging architecture and creative planning across platforms, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Implement and manage integrated prepaid and youth campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
- Collaborate with the Media team to develop and execute the overall media strategy with focus on efficiency and cost optimization.
- Strengthen brand presence within each market segment by working with Creative and Media agencies to develop compelling campaigns.
- Lead end-to-end execution of innovative campaigns across platforms, positioning the brand as a market innovator for the segment’s needs.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and measure ROI to drive improvements in brand appeal and audience engagement.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly competitive reviews to keep segment communications relevant and differentiated.
- Uncover key segment insights and develop innovative marketing and branding strategies.
- Lead discussions with senior leaders on campaign direction and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Media or equivalent.Strong brand and marketing background with relevant experience.Good understanding of media and digital marketing.At least 5 years of Brand Management or Category Management experience in FMCG / Telco / Advertising.Customer-focused with strong project management and execution skills.Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Job Unit : DCEO
