(URGENT!) Bank Customer Service (Nov / Dec Intake | LRT | 3K-4k | Fresh / Exp) - P5

Responsibilities :

  • Answer inbound calls from customers.
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
  • Identify and resolve customers’ problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in any field.
  • Experience in Customer Service / Call Centre is an added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to work on WEEKEND and NIGHT SHIFT.
