IT Support Admin

Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and peripherals with standardized images and security settings.

Provide Level‑1 support for hardware, software, network, and VPN issues.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other company systems.

Guide new employees through system setup, email provisioning, and onboarding checklists.

Maintain inventory of IT assets and coordinate equipment requests.

Document solutions in the knowledge base and elevate complex issues to senior engineers.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in IT support or helpdesk environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS laptop configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and common ticketing systems.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑service mindset.
