System Engineer (Citrix)

Technical Delivery (Projects & Managed Services)

Participate in the delivery of both project-based and managed IT services, ensuring seamless service performance and customer satisfaction.

Apply strong technical knowledge to understand customer challenges and requirements, delivering effective solutions accordingly.

Manage multiple concurrent projects by assessing urgency, establishing priorities, and executing detailed action plans.

Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) testing and self‑learn new technologies to enhance service capabilities.

Contribute to overall team performance by achieving related objectives as assigned.

Project Implementation

Deliver and implement projects based on customer technical requirements and agreed Scope of Work (SOW).

Coordinate closely with customers throughout the project lifecycle—from initiation to commissioning—to meet project timelines.

Maintain regular communication with customers to update on project development and progress.

Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills with a customer service–oriented mindset.

Daily Fault‑Call & Support Services

Assist the Support Team with technical fault isolation and troubleshooting at customer sites.

Remain on standby to respond to support requests as required.

Requirements :

Execute technical tasks efficiently and effectively with strong attention to detail.

Prioritize workloads and work with a sense of urgency under given timelines.

Work independently while maintaining clear and consistent communication with team members and managers.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Windows Server).

Hands‑on experience in :

• Private / Public Cloud environments
• Data Protection & Backup Solutions
• Data Center Infrastructure Devices

Relevant vendor certifications (Citrix, Cisco, Fortinet) are advantageous.

Minimum 6 years of professional experience , including 3 years in IT Support and Project Deployment .

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or equivalent .

Good spoken and written proficiency in English ; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Professional Certifications such as Microsoft M365 / Azure , Broadcom / VMware Virtualization , or equivalent are preferred.
