Responsibilities
Supporting 8D or customer complaints activity and coordinating plant wide quality improvement programs via Problem Solving approach Ensuring that the quality system is maintained and controlled, with regular feedback on quality achievements and trends against defined standards to management Assisting in internal and external QA System ISO compliance; in parallel preparing for higher Quality System qualification (i.e. ISO 14000) Developing the quality processes for products manufactured to ensure the quality meets the customer’s requirements Assuring customer complaints and comments are addressed well to resolve any quality issues arise Working closely with all functional areas in initiating and conducting Internal Audit programs and verifying the progress of corrective actions Acting as Lead Auditor for internal audit program in the company Any other assignment from time to time.
