Role overview

As an IT Business Analyst, you act as the bridge between business counterparts and Global IT. You advise on incidents and translate business requirements into implementations for solutions. You will contribute to building digital solutions in our application landscape, which includes mobile applications, cloud-based solutions and a backend based on our ERP solutions. The role allows you to own a specific topic of our solution stacks, its operation, and the transfer of customer needs into new product features. You will collaborate with the product manager and product owner to define requirements and partner with technical staff to develop convincing solution alternatives.

What the role involves

As an IT Business Analyst in the Demand and Supply Management IT team, you design, implement, and run digital solutions for Hilti’s supply chain. Our portfolio includes cloud systems like Blue Yonder S&OP, SAP Ariba, SAP ByDesign, and global on-premises SAP S / 4HANA ERP and SAP APO systems. You will shape the Supply Chain Planning global system landscape of the future, translating existing and new business requirements into value-adding IT solutions. In an agile approach, you will collaborate with business product owners and partner with developers to elaborate convincing solution alternatives. You will provide professional advice to logistics business partners.
