As a Senior Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will support the regional Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting and engaging candidates to meet our organization’s hiring needs. The role focuses on the initial discovery and engagement stages, building a database of potential candidates for recruiters to move through the rest of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and networking.
• Use Boolean search techniques to uncover both active and passive talent.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Map talent pools across industries and competitors, gathering insights on hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
• Reach out to potential candidates through personalized outreach messages and position ZALORA as an attractive employer by sharing our Employee Value Propositions.
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and refine search strategies, sharing qualified leads for screening and assessment by recruiters.
