Digital Marketing Specialist | Content Creator

Marketplace Management & Growth

Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce stores : Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, brand.com.
Upload and maintain SKUs, optimize listing titles, images, descriptions, and keywords for search visibility.
Monitor store health metrics (chat response rate, product rating, seller rating, fulfillment rate).

Promotional Campaign Planning

Plan and execute campaign calendars (double digit days, mega sales, payday deals, exclusive brand campaigns).

Work with platform category managers to secure visibility spots, vouchers, or cross-sell bundles.

Strategize pricing, bundling, gifting, and stock availability to increase Average Order Value (AOV).

Customer Journey Optimization

Track and improve key conversion steps : product page visits, add-to-cart, and checkout.

Monitor customer reviews and Q&A; elevate service issues and improve product satisfaction.

Design pre-purchase and post-purchase touchpoints (e.g., packaging messages, freebies, warranty).

Sales & Performance Analytics

Analyze SKU performance, category contribution, customer behavior, and platform campaigns.

Generate reports with actionable recommendations for assortment improvement and sales push.

Coordinate with inventory and fulfilment teams to ensure readiness during campaign periods.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Level : 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce.

Skills and Competencies : Proficient in e-commerce strategies, sales and marketing methodologies, business intelligence tools, branding techniques, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities and Duties : Develop marketing strategies, conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and enhance brand presence.
