Base pay range

Job Responsibility

Apply for batch certification for products sold in Malaysia based on actual logistics shipment schedules, follow up and manage the entire process, and ensure the products are certified, labelled, and ready for sale.

Regulatory Research & Compliance

Support the Shanghai team in researching and analyzing product target market requirements for import customs clearance and market compliance certifications.

Engage with official government compliance consultants, study relevant regulations, and conduct competitor compliance analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Logistics & Project Planning – Organize and analyze logistics shipment data to develop batch shipment project plans and timelines.

Batch Certification Management

Collect and prepare documentation required for batch certifications.

Submit batch certification applications, coordinate with warehouses for inspections, and liaise with SIRIM officials to monitor application progress.

Troubleshoot issues arising during the certification process and provide timely updates to the Shanghai Certification team.

Risk Management – Review batch application information and samples to assess potential risks and ensure compliance readiness.

Labelling Oversight – Oversee the labelling process for batch applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with market requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Quality Control, or any related field.

Fluent in Mandarin and English both speaking & writing is a must.

Proficient in basic office software and Excel basic functions.

Previous experience in handling product certification is required.

At least 1-year-experience in certification / compliance in in-house or certification agencies.

Logistics / custom clearance / supply chain / project management experiences are open to apply.

Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, honest, meticulous, quick to adapt, eager to learn, and hard working.
