Process Manager (SME - Product Management)

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end loan processing workflow for loan / financing products including developing and maintaining adequate documentation throughout the product’s lifecycle, troubleshooting and resolving issues pertaining to the product end to end process. To ensures that loan / financing processes are efficient, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance loan / financing processing efficiency, improve customer experience, and mitigate operational risks.
Description
- Manage Commercial Banking products playbook, SOP and P&P management. Work closely with DCORO, RCU and relevant parties.
- Product lifecycle management, product programs performance report, monitoring and trigger review.
- Prepare monthly Product Ops risk dashboard, work closely with relevant parties on the data, highlighting process performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
- To initiate process improvement project to improve operation efficiency, use data-driven insights to recommend process enhancements and ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to established processes and regulatory requirements.
- Support Commercial Banking product processes and procedures, system support, and complaint management related to product & process.
- To ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines and CIMB Group’s policies & procedures and relevant guidelines.
- To support sales in the areas processes & procedures and revert to them timely.
- Take part in Forward30 initiatives to support / drive Commercial Banking MY’s Forward30 aspiration.
- To conduct ad-hoc business initiatives and projects.
