Job description

You will oversee and lead brands distributed by Prestige Golf Sdn BHd ( sales, purchase, marketing and merchandising)

Set programs under own job scope to support assigned Company Direction and guidelines in terms of company vision,budget, business goals and strategies;monitor and get periodical update status from immediate subordinate for review with the Directors

Study,analzye , consolidate and propose budget, goal and strategies under own assigned job scope to the Director for approval; monitor and get periodical update status from immediate subordinate(s) for reviews with the Director.

Set and manage team to ensure optimal quality services.

Lead & develop immediate subordinate(s) under own supervision, coach and guide quality performance.

Monitor and get periodical statues updates from immediate subordinate(s) for reviews with the Director.

Study, consolidate and propose sales policies along with guidelines of own team for discussion and approval by the Director.

Set and monitor performances of immediate subordinate(s) under own assigned job scope ; monitor and get periodical status updates from immediate subordinate(s) for reviews with the Director.

Achieve sales target, foresee and trouble shoot any hurdles actively to ensure targets are achieved

Negotiate with suitors for deals from sales,purchasing and etc
