Propósito del Rol

El asociado de ventas ayuda a alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI). Para ello, sigue los valores de la marca para proporcionar una experiencia única a los deportistas que visitan Under Armour. Este puesto queda a cargo del gerente de tienda y se ocupa de llevar a cabo funciones rutinarias para dar soporte a las operaciones de la tienda. El asociado de ventas asume las responsabilidades del especialista en inventario en su ausencia.

• Proporcionar asistencia directa a deportistas en materia de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos de KPI de ventas establecidos por el gerente de tienda Responder a las solicitudes omnicanal de acuerdo con los procedimientos y la política de UA a través de una experiencia digital
