工作职责

• 遵循团队领导、主管和工程师的指示。
• 确保在相关系统 / 子系统工程师的协助下进行设计验证和设计验证以确认设计。
• 使用技术工程和管理技能，确保在预算范围内及时完成团队针对每个工作包、项目里程碑和投标提案的可交付成果。
• 与专家一起为每个项目设计解决方案。
• 协助解决升级的技术问题。
• 创建和维护技术文档以确保高效的规划和执行。
• 将向团队提供技术和计划层面的支持和指导，包括执行策略。
• 将提供即将开展的项目和机会所需的必要技术技能。我们将提供结构化培训，并确保团队及时接受充分的培训，以弥补这一能力差距。
