Business Analyst & QA

This role supports the Senior Business Analyst & Product Owner and the wider product team in delivering multiple products across the company’s portfolio. The Business Analyst & QA is responsible for assisting in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and release readiness. The role provides exposure to product operations, business analysis, and quality assurance while developing the foundational skills necessary to grow into a senior business analyst or product owner role.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. The candidate should enjoy working in a startup environment where processes are evolving and there are continuous opportunities to improve workflows and documentation quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Delivery Support

• Support the Senior Business Analyst & Product Owner in executing product roadmaps and delivery plans across multiple projects.
• Assist in preparing product requirement documents (PRDs) and process flows under supervision.
• Maintain and update documentation to ensure accuracy and version control.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies.
