Overview
The Area Head - CFX Specialist drives business growth and people management. This role involves leading and motivating the team to foster effective client engagement, ultimately deepening client relationships, growing customer profitability, and achieving sales targets. This role will be reporting to the Head of CFX Sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive target market segmentation and wallet sizing exercise to develop strategies to enhance market share.
- Market existing and new cash management solution by providing effective customer solutions tailored to the target market.
- Supervising, guiding and coaching the sales team members, in order to provide the necessary support towards optimum performance and build bench strength.
- Manage the sales team pipeline process by providing effective sales management through account planning, opportunities identification, process qualification, client engagement, etc.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and relevant stakeholders in growing new & existing customers' deposits and non-borrowing portfolio.
- Identify cross selling opportunities for both new and existing customers, leveraging on the Bank’s extensive suite of transaction banking solutions such as cash management, corporate internet banking platform and Global Markets.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen.Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Banking / Economics or equivalent.Relevant experience in deposit products or cash management with minimum 8 years in banking or financial institution related working experience.What’s next?
