Lecturer, Psychology

Deliver student‑centred lessons in accordance to the approved syllabi and scheme of work for subjects assigned.

Develop, review and update notes, schemes of work and syllabi from time to time to reflect current practice.

Conduct formative and summative assessments on a timely manner.

Provide pastoral care and academic counselling to students.

Supervise final year projects.

Engage in research and publication activities.

Conduct and invigilate examinations.

Assist in the preparation of documentation for new programs or review of existing programs to regulatory bodies when required.

Assist in promotional and marketing events, and fairs and exhibitions of the college when required.

Requirements

Possess at least a Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.

Possess good communication skills.

Have an experience in teaching in the education setting will have an added advantage.
