Your role at HFM :

• Take an active role in designing, managing, and optimizing CI / CD pipelines to ensure reliable, repeatable, and secure software delivery.
• Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and post‑deployment validation processes across multiple environments.
• Integrate monitoring and logging into release automation to improve visibility, reliability, and proactive alerting.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Development, and other DevOps teams to align release pipelines with testing, scalability, and reliability goals.
• Ensure smooth, uninterrupted production releases by proactively troubleshooting and optimizing processes, with rollback strategies for error recovery.
• Contribute to cost‑efficient automation by analyzing resource usage and streamlining release workflows.
• Apply and promote best practices in release management, including version control and artifact handling.
• Continuously learn and improve deployment processes, incorporating new tools and technologies as needed.
• Support and maintain existing CI / CD infrastructure for performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers by sharing best practices in release management, automation, and DevOps tooling.
